You can rest assured that we will start cleanup efforts at your home and/or business as soon as it’s safe to do so.

Earthcare’s landscape clean-up crews will work quickly and efficiently to take care of your Commercial and/or Residential storm clean up needs. Our team has the specialized knowledge and necessary equipment to safely and efficiently haul away debris and restore your property.
After the storm clears, we will be ready for any type of storm or disaster cleanup project. Earthcare’s Storm Clean-up services include:

- - Remove debris and obstructions from roadways allowing for safe vehicle access
  - Remove debris from sidewalks and walkways
  - Notify Property Manager of any hazardous areas
  - Analyze any failing or leaning tree risks and resolve accordingly
  - Trim broken and hanging branches
  - Debris clean-up and disposal from grounds and common areas
  - Resume irrigation schedule or adjust if grounds have flooded (If pre-approved, we’ll also turn off your irrigation prior to an anticipated storm)
  - Assess damage to plant materials and salvage when possible

After a storm, when will Earthcare initiate their Storm Clean Up Services?

Your safety and the safety of our crews are of the highest importance! Once it’s safe for us to access our equipment, our management team will begin to assess the storm damage at each pre-approved property. A schedule will be created and a crew will report to your property as soon as possible to begin your landscape clean-up efforts.

How do you determine which properties get serviced first?

- - If you choose to pre-approve Earthcare for Storm Clean Up Services at your property or place of business, clean up will be expedited making your property a top priority.
  - If you have chosen not to pre-approve Earthcare’s Storm Clean Up Services, you can contact us and we’ll happily perform your storm clean up services as quickly as we can. However, please keep in mind that communication can be disrupted during and after severe weather making it more difficult to reach us.

When should I pre-approve Storm Clean Up Services?

We recommend pre-approving Storm Clean Up Services at the start of Hurricane season as communication can be disrupted during and after severe weather making it more difficult to reach us. Hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th. We kindly request that you update any of your contact information at that time.
